Payment Method

1. Internet Banking and ATM Transfer

You could make a payment via internet banking or ATM transfer, then send us a message (eg. how much you sent, when you sent, your name, invoice number) through Whatsapp or e-mail

** We only accepted Cash Before Delivery (CBD) Payment method, we will only process your order when received payment. All products price show in our website is cash price not term price.

2. Cheque paymet

We will processing your order after you bank in your cheque with payment slip, then send us a message (eg. how much you sent, when you sent, your name) through Whatsapp or e-mail

*** Kindly allow 3-4 days for payment verification of clearance if you choose to bank in cheque.

Delivery Commitment

1. Delivery and Installation

  • KT World Trading has a full in-house professional delivery and installation service available to you during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 5.30pm, Saturday & Sunday & Public holiday not included).
  • Delivery period : Within 7-10 working days (If products ready in warehouse), For those custom make and out of stocks products may take longer time to deliver (Please contact with sales representative)
  • Customer can not set time for deliver schedule of their order since during delivery period are unpredictable issue as traffic, weather, installation issue and permit application.
  • Important : We only free deliver to ground floor & upper floor with lift only. Any deliver to upper floor without lift, we will charge handling fees (depend on what products you purchase, please contact with sales representative to find out the charge amount)
  • Important : We will Charge RM 80.00 per trip for delivery and installation in Kajang, Semenyih, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Bangi (Ground Floor and First Floor only)

2. Quick Ship Delivery

Many of our products can be Quick Shipped Flat Pack in boxes on request for your convenience. Please be advised that assembly requires basic tools and technical knowledge.

All Delivery will be process once the payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Method

  • Light Item – Poslaju, EMS, Normal Post, Skynet, GDex, City-link, or others courier services.
  • Furniture   – Lorry Truck.

Own Collection

  1. After confirm and payment, we will ready your order in Shah Alam marketing office within 5 working days (For Standard Products).
  2. Warehouse department will contact you once your order ready to pick up. (If you want your products to be assembly when collection please inform 2-3 days before collection.)
  3. Please bring along paid invoice (After payment office will email paid invoice to customer) and show it to the staff when collection, you can only collect your order with our company paid invoice.
  4. We have no enough man power for moving up the goods to vehicle, so make sure you have enough man power when come to our warehouse to collect your order.

Returns Policy – No Refunds/Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 0142008800/011-56220084 or officegapsupply@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

  • Upon received of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.
  • For the payment go through Revenue payment gateway system, the refund process take 7-14 days to refund (Please contact with sales representative)
